Is intended to educate about real estate and other lifestyle issues surrounding the various aspects of real estate.  From buying, to selling, to managing, or just living in the same. 

What I am: 

  • I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Colorado
  • I am a Realtor - and abide by their Code of Ethics.
  • I am a Colorado Native. 
  • A Montrose High School Graduate. 
  • A Colorado State University Graduate (with a degree in Computer Science…)
  • An aspiring Internet Marketer.   I am doing this to sell homes, information products as well as every day goods and services.

What I am NOT:

    • A financial Planner,
    • An Accountant,
    • A Lawyer or Attorney.  

(But I did sleep in a Holiday Inn Express Last night, just kidding!)   :-)

What does this mean to you?…

I will try to provide FREE information and/or links that will help you make decisions about buying, selling, managing or maintaining real estate.  But I will also try to make money off of you by convincing you that you should tell your friends and family about me and my abilities as a REALTOR to help them with their real estate problems.  I may try to Sell you A House or Another Property or Convince you that it is a good time to SELL your House and BUY Another one. 

However Pay Particularly Close Attention!   I will also try to make money off of you as an INTERNET MARKETER by hopefully enticing you to click on various ads and links that I create within this blog and website.  In some cases I have personally selected these products either  because I have tried them or they looked very interesting and like something I would purchase… In other cases, these are automatically generated by click bank based on various key-words, similar to paid ads on Googles with Google Adwords!  Therefore, I cannot guarantee you will be happy with these products or make any money based on their advice.  So use your own best judgment!

As of Now I am primarily using Click Bank Affiliate Links.  

My Clickbank Account Nickname is MPSALES1 (Mountain Peak Sales).

Clickbank has a very strict return/refund policy…  You don’t like it, you can return it for a refund!  So if you click through and buy something you don’t like, don’t hesitate to use this option! 

I want to make a living to support myself and my family… BUT I don’t want to force anyone to buy anything they don’t want, or anything they cannot afford.

I am just trying to monetize my blogging and social media efforts and stabilize the fluctuating income that Realtors so often experience for both peace of mind and reduced stress and to allow myself to buy things for myself and my family that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford. 

So help a “Starving Realtor” out!  And find something you would like to buy and/or refer a friend to me so I can be their Realtor and Real Estate Advisor.
